My Story…
I know what it’s like to achieve success while feeling like you don’t belong.
As the child of immigrant parents and a first-generation college graduate, I hustled my way to Art Director at Sony Music by age 22, working with brands like The New York Times and Mastercard. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together.
Personal development training changed everything. It gave me frameworks I never learned in art school—how to own my projections, lead myself before leading others, and navigate the inner game of sustainable success.
Inside, I was exhausted from chasing approval and performing for success.
The Ownership Game emerged from this journey: the realization that sustainable success requires taking full ownership of your projections, your desires, and your leadership.
